Lead the entire Fashion Design Department
✔ Train & mentor Senior Designers, Junior Designers & Fashion Interns
✔ Develop trend-driven ethnic & party wear collections
✔ Research fabrics, embroidery, prints, colors & silhouettes
✔ Manage sampling, fittings & production approvals
✔ Coordinate with Karigars, Masters, Tailors, Pattern Masters & Job Workers
✔ Ensure premium quality, perfect fit & timely collection launches
✔ Work closely with Merchandising, Sales & Production teams
✔ Stay ahead of fashion trends and customer preferences
✅ What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in Women's Ethnic Wear/Kurti Manufacturing
Strong leadership & team management skills
Hands-on experience with garment construction, pattern making & sampling
Deep understanding of fabrics, embroidery & production processes
Excellent follow-up and coordination with production teams & vendors
Ability to manage multiple collections under deadlines
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
