We invite people who are interested in being part of our NA Talent Management Services Team. You will be a key player in the execution and ongoing evolution of BASF North America’s talent strategy. You will use your key skills as an excellent communicator, project manager and program designer to develop and manage ongoing programs and solutions aligned to our talent strategy. As you partner with the NA HR Teams aligned to various divisions, you will develop a strong partnership and understanding of their respective talent needs.

- Project Management of Leadership & Talent Solutions processes, programs and initiatives, e.g. Talent Pipeline events and activities, regionally aligned leadership development activities, leadership & talent solutions processes
- Development of end-to-end project management plans (including communication and change management plans and tracking)
- Content design, development and execution planning for programs, initiatives and solutions (e.g. new and continuous improvement on existing work packages)
- Development of executive summary slides (e.g. translate details of a project into a high level summary)
- Oversee partnership with external vendors (e.g. relationship, continuous improvement, partnership with procurement for any contract needs)
- Benchmarking Leadership and Talent Solutions research both internally (globally + regionally) plus externally (i.e. best practices, benchmarking)
- Content design and development for new/updated programs and solutions
- Tracking of Leadership and Talent Solutions budget (ensure partnership and alignment with regional procurement team for requisition processes)
- Stakeholder interaction, including with Senior Executives, HR colleagues, Communications colleagues, and program participants
- Education: University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Psychology or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with HR topics (talent management, leadership development), experience in global companies (flexible)
- Advanced proficiency in English for oral and written executive-level, business communications
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous topic areas, i.e. asking clarifying questions, flexibility with changing requirements, aligning multiple stakeholder input
- Organization and Project Management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint and Word; experience with virtual meeting tools a plus
