The service involves Success Factors administration (LMS, Talent Modules), management of Learning Management System (LMS) and other talent management modules, ensuring that the system is updated and functioning optimally for user needs, provision of support and training for employees using the LMS, full fledge organization of virtual or in presence training events, administration of online training formats, training data maintenance in Success Factors from the publication of the event to the invoicing of training costs, reports creation, forwarding training participation fees to the cost centers of the training participants. Additional local HR services include adaptation of global/regional learning and development tasks/projects to the needs of the country.
Oversee and manage SuccessFactors LMS governance for US & CA, including alignment with Global learning teams and regional needs, Content Owner permissions, audit processes and reports and automation of administration tasks
Vendor oversight and administration for signature solutions, including reporting on usage and investment, conducting benchmarking research and vendor assessments, making recommendations for portfolio changes and gaps, communication and point of contact for vendors related to daily operations and payment inquiries, creation of PRs for vendors and service entry and invoice processing
Ad hoc global and regional projects: testing, providing feedback, and representing U.S. and Canada requirements, regulations, and feedback
Education: Advanced student / University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
