Role: Business Development Intern (with PPO Opportunity)
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid – Work from Office + Remote Flexibility)
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growing team. If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with people, exploring new opportunities, and wants to build a career in sales and business strategy — this role is for you.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to real business scenarios, the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, and a Performance-Based PPO for top performers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Support lead generation efforts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Connect with potential clients and build strong relationships
- Assist in developing tailored strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new ideas and improve processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
What We’re Looking For -
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
- Interest in sales, business development, and client-facing roles
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Prior experience in sales/BD is a plus, but not mandatory
Eligibility -
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
