Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and conversions
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement
- Handle high-value customers and resolve escalations professionally
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat business
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation of sales performance
- Oversee smooth coordination between sales, finance, and delivery teams
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3–6 years of experience in automobile sales (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role preferred
- Strong understanding of two-wheeler/automobile sales processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently
- Graduate (preferred)
