Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate and driven Support & Database Executive who can manage support operations along with database handling and operational record management. The role requires strong communication skills, SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between customers and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer queries, complaints, support requests and operational escalations.
· Design and manage database schemas, tables and relationships.
· Execute and optimize SQL/PostgreSQL queries for backend operations.
· Monitor tickets, operational records, database workflows and support-related issues.
· Maintain database records, operational logs, and documentation.
· Escalate unresolved technical or operational issues when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Basic understanding of customer support workflows.
· Familiarity with Excel/reporting tool is a plus
· Ability to manage customer and operational data efficiently.
· Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
· Familiarity with admin dashboards or CRM systems.
· Basic understanding of backend operations and database workflows.
· Experience handling customer support tickets or operational records.
· Knowledge of reporting, data validation, and documentation processes.
· Prior experience in support, database handling, or platform operations roles.
