Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, site visits, and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and site promotions
- Handle customer enquiries and provide detailed project information
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and specifications
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business
Requirements & Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate / builder sales
- Ability to handle customers independently
- Willingness to work on-site and travel locally
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Any graduate / Diploma (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
