We are looking for an ' Interior Site Supervisor'.
Job Requirements:
- Handling multi workers for tasks.
- Assigning task for workers.
- Monitoring project progress.
- Should demonstrate teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills. Problem-solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers.
- Leadership. Knowledge of reading drawings ( Interiors layouts).
- Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
- Helping the project to plan to finish the weekly work program.
- Helping coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Completing records for site reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
