Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can independently manage employees, build systems, and improve performance across the organization. The ideal candidate should be strong in handling people, solving problems, and creating structured processes. Formal degree is not mandatory, but practical experience and capability are essential.
Key Responsibilities (HR Executive)
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and structured workflows.
- Identify gaps in employee performance and existing systems, and create effective solutions.
- Build and maintain tracking systems for daily, weekly, and monthly performance (KPIs).
- Handle day-to-day employee issues, discipline, and internal coordination.
- Monitor employee performance and take action on underperforming staff.
- Create and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and conduct regular reviews.
- Manage the complete recruitment process including screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and integration of new employees.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and employees, resolving conflicts when required.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies and discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
