E-commerce Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, improving online visibility, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience.
The candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, product management, and digital sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
- Monitor inventory, product availability, orders, and sales performance.
- Manage online store operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, shipping, and product availability.
- Monitor customer queries, reviews, and feedback on online platforms.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.
- Assist with online promotions, offers, and product campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Ensure proper coordination with marketplaces, vendors, logistics partners, and other relevant teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and online customer service.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, or other marketplaces is a plus.
