Role Summary:
As a Beauty Advisor, you will represent the Kimirica brand at our Shoppers Stop SIS Counter. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare, bath & body, fragrance, and gifting products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing conversion and average bill value.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage to customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, product displays, cleanliness, and stock availability at the counter.
- Support billing, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily sales reporting.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate effectively with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–6 years of experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion, or premium retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in luxury retail are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
