A. US RECRUITERS
Open Positions: 4–6
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and source qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, follow-ups, and candidate screening.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Identify, qualify, and present suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Consistently achieve recruitment and placement targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience as a US Recruiter is required/preferred.
- Experience in US healthcare/medical staffing is highly preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge and experience recruiting physicians and other healthcare professionals will be strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with physician specialties, medical terminology, dentistry, and dental specialties is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to make at least 200 calls per day.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Proven ability to work against targets and consistently deliver results.
- Confident, driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Good working laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work according to US business hours/shifts as required.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience in US physician recruitment, medical staffing, healthcare recruitment, dental staffing, or allied healthcare recruitment will be given preference.

Competitive and based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, and potential.
Additional Incentives:
Recruiters will receive additional incentives for every doctor successfully hired by the client. Incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.
B. DATA ENTRY / BACKEND RESEARCHERS Open Positions: 3–4
Responsibilities:
Collect data from various websites and accurately enter it into Salesforce or Excel. Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency. No phone calls are required.
Requirements: Efficient, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Good computer and data-handling skills. Ability to work consistently and meet targets.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
