About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and patient-focused BAMS Doctors to join our healthcare team. Initially, the role will involve teleconsultation, where you will provide Ayurvedic consultations to patients over phone/video calls, understand their health concerns, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Based on your performance, communication skills, and clinical expertise, you will be provided an opportunity to transition into OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Ayurvedic teleconsultations with patients.
- Understand patient history, symptoms, and lifestyle to provide accurate diagnosis.
- Recommend personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans, medicines, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain detailed patient records in the CRM/EMR system.
- Follow up with patients to monitor treatment progress and ensure compliance.
- Educate patients about preventive healthcare and holistic wellness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for patient support and treatment continuity.
- Maintain high standards of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Achieve quality consultation standards and patient satisfaction.
- Transition to OPD consultation responsibilities based on performance and business requirements.
Eligibility
- BAMS degree from a recognized university.
- Valid State Medical Council registration.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatment protocols.
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Comfortable handling telephonic and video consultations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong patient counseling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with EMR/CRM systems.
- Ability to handle a high volume of consultations efficiently.
