Nakshatra Solutions is an ERP Software & IT Solutions company providing customized ERP solutions for Foundry, Machine Shop, Manufacturing, Trading, and Service industries. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting and financial operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
- Manage GST billing, GST returns, and taxation-related activities
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Follow up on receivables and payable management
- Maintain customer and vendor ledger accounts
- Generate invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups
- Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance work
- Assist in payroll and employee reimbursement processes
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
- Coordinate with CA and management for audit-related work
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Support ERP implementation/accounts module activities if required
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Experience in Tally ERP / ERP Software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Taxation
- MS Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- Additional accounting certification will be preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing or ERP-based company preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory and billing processes
- Self-motivated and responsible candidate
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
Pay: ₹10,509.19 - ₹12,000.00 per month
