Key Responsibilities at Ace Smart
- Serve as the main point of contact for client updates, clarifications, and concerns
- Clearly communicate briefs to designers, content writers, and social media managers
- Maintain and update project trackers using tools like Excel, ClickUp, or Trello
- Collect and relay client feedback accurately and ensure necessary revisions are made
- Assist in structuring decks and creative documents for client sharing
- Respond promptly to clients via WhatsApp and email to maintain smooth communication flow
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational and time management ability
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, ClickUp, Trello, Google Slides
- Professional email and WhatsApp etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior experience in a marketing, design, or social media agency
- Basic understanding of design and content workflows
- Client-facing experience is a strong advantage
