We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT services sales and freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating leads, writing proposals, and Knowledge of Sales Navigators.
The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new business opportunities through online platforms and digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces
- Identify potential clients and understand their project requirements
- Write professional and customized proposals / cover letters according to client needs
- Update and manage lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and requirements
- Assist in preparing project estimations and timelines
- Track daily bidding activities and maintain records of proposals and responses
- Support senior team members
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and IT services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in IT Services Business Development or Freelancing Platforms
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of proposal writing and client communication
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Web Development and Digital Marketing services
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Punjabi
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
- Experience working in an IT agency / web development company
- Knowledge about CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar platforms
