Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programs for on boarding, up skilling, and continuous learning for the real estate sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with strategic business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, client engagement, objection handling, lead conversion, legal documentation, and CRM usage.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, SOPs, and interactive tools.
- Implement role-playing, simulations, and real-life scenarios to enhance practical skills.
- Monitor individual and team performance post-training to assess knowledge retention and skill application.
- Analyse training effectiveness through KPIs and make data-driven improvements.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for underperforming team members.
- Stay current with industry regulations, real estate trends, and competitive practices to ensure relevance in training content.
