Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Mathematics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong mathematical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning engaging while developing students' logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Mathematics lessons for Classes VI to X as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to simplify mathematical concepts.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide academic support and guidance to help students strengthen their conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage participation in Mathematics Olympiads, quizzes, exhibitions, and other subject-related activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
