* Achieve branch targets – Deposits, Advances, CASA, Gold Loans & Total Business
* Customer acquisition & relationship management
* Loan monitoring, recovery & NPA control
* Ensure 100% RBI, KYC/AML & Bank policy compliance
* Smooth branch operations & timely MIS reporting
* Staff supervision, discipline & productivity
* Resolve customer complaints promptly
* Ensure audit compliance and close observations on time
