About the Role
Aharada Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Defence Trainer to mentor and prepare students aspiring to join the Indian Armed Forces through NDA, CDS, AFCAT, Agniveer, MNS, and other Defence entry schemes. The trainer will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance in Defence examination preparation, SSB interview training, personality development, leadership skills, and physical fitness.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Defence recruitment processes, SSB assessment procedures, and the ability to motivate students towards achieving their career goals in the Armed Forces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom sessions for Defence entrance examinations such as NDA, CDS, AFCAT, Agniveer, and other competitive Defence exams.
- Train candidates for all stages of the SSB Interview process, including:
- Psychological Tests
- Group Testing Officer (GTO) Tasks
- Personal Interview
- Conference Preparation
- Guide students in communication skills, officer-like qualities (OLQs), leadership development, and personality enhancement.
- Conduct group discussions, lectures, mock interviews, and public speaking sessions.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to Defence aspirants.
- Organize outdoor activities, team-building exercises, and practical leadership tasks.
- Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement.
- Develop study plans, training schedules, and evaluation reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Defence recruitment notifications, examination patterns, and SSB procedures.
- Coordinate with academic and physical training teams for the overall development of candidates.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Defence-related certifications, SSB training certifications, or relevant Defence coaching experience will be preferred.
- Ex-Servicemen, Retired Armed Forces Personnel, NCC Officers, and Defence Academy Trainers are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Defence Exam Coaching, SSB Training, Military Training, NCC Instruction, or related fields.
- Fresh candidates with Defence background and exceptional subject knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of NDA, CDS, AFCAT, Agniveer, and Defence recruitment procedures.
- Thorough understanding of SSB assessment techniques and Officer Like Qualities (OLQs).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students from diverse backgrounds.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current affairs and Defence-related developments.
- Basic computer proficiency for preparing reports and presentations.
