Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Team Leader to manage and guide the Fashion Design course. The candidate will be responsible for leading faculty, supporting students, and ensuring high-quality training aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Fashion Design department and Sales
Plan, organize, and supervise course delivery and curriculum
Guide students in design concepts, projects, and portfolio development
Monitor student progress and provide mentoring and support
Conduct workshops, seminars, and practical sessions
Ensure quality standards in teaching and training
Coordinate with management for course improvements and updates
Assist in student placements and industry connections
Handle admissions support and student inquiries if required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in (B2C)Sales or Team leader in fashion Designing Course
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of current fashion trends and design tools
Ability to motivate and guide students
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
