ole Purpose:
To coordinate the daily operations and performance of all retail stores and ensure that company procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily store opening, attendance, grooming, and staff deployment.
- Collect and review daily sales, footfall, conversion, and target reports.
- Coordinate stock replenishment, transfers, damaged stock, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct regular store visits and submit observation reports.
- Follow up with store in-charges on schedules, targets, pending tasks, and operational concerns.
- Coordinate with inventory, accounts, HR, and management.
- Ensure promotions and price changes are correctly implemented in every store.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate sales shortfalls, staff issues, stock shortages, and SOP violations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly retail performance reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2–4 years of retail operations experience.
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG, or consumer retail preferred.
- Strong Excel, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between stores.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
