Assistant Manager – P&C Service Delivery | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Service Delivery to manage insurance service delivery operations, client relationships and team performance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, quality, operational efficiency, client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
- Currently working as an Assistant Manager in an Operations / Service Delivery / Insurance Operations role.
- Minimum 9 years of total work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as an Assistant Manager.
- Mandatory experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Mandatory experience in Underwriting / P&C Underwriting Operations.
- Strong experience in team management and people management.
- Experience handling client communication, escalations and stakeholder management.
- Strong exposure to SLA/KPI management, quality and operational performance.
- Experience in process improvement, RCA and problem resolution.
- Willingness to work from Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service delivery operations for insurance client accounts.
- Lead, coach and manage service delivery teams to achieve operational and business targets.
- Monitor SLA, KPI, quality and productivity metrics and drive corrective actions.
- Manage client relationships through regular calls, business reviews and effective communication.
- Handle client escalations and high-impact operational issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Support new client/process onboarding and transition activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and deliver business objectives.
- Manage staffing, workload distribution and resource planning.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management and capability development.
- Lead assigned projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and information security policies.
