- Handle day-to-day HR administration for the manufacturing unit.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately.
- Draft and send professional emails, letters, and official HR communications.
- Coordinate with contractors, dealers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and other HR administrative activities.
- Maintain and update HR reports, trackers, and compliance-related documents.
- Ensure timely processing and proper filing of all HR records and documents.
- Assist in resolving routine employee and contractor-related administrative queries.
- Support the HR team in ensuring smooth workforce management across the manufacturing unit.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
