- Schedule and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Assign routes and tasks to drivers based on delivery schedules.
- Monitor real-time vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems.
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates or handle route changes.
- Maintain records of dispatch activities, delivery notes, and trip logs.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prepare shipments.
- Address delivery-related issues or delays and provide solutions.
- Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Provide daily reports to management on dispatch performance.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
