We are looking for Hot kitchen line cooks.
Job Description:
- Mis en place for hot section items
- Prep, hygiene, SOP of dishes to be maintained
- Dish execution during operations
- Waste management and prep schedule for hot section items
Minimum 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen is required
Cooks should be willing to move to Goa, Company accommodation and meals are provided.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
