The Senior Customer Relations Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling patient queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve them quickly.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to meet patient needs.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.
- Guide and support junior Customer Relations Executives.
- Ensure a positive experience for every patient.
Qualification And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Or Plustwo.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations or Customer Service.
- Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
