Job Summary
The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory movement, ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods, coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Arrange transportation for raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, courier partners, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders as per schedule.
- Prepare logistics-related documents including:
- Delivery Challans
- E-Way Bills
- Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Transport Documents
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with Stores and Production departments.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, transporter bills, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure approved products are dispatched.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
- Negotiate with transport vendors for cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Monitor freight costs and prepare logistics reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logistics MIS reports and documentation.
- Support export documentation when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse coordination, or supply chain.
- Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bills and GST documentation.
- Familiarity with dispatch documentation and shipment tracking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Knowledge
- Nutraceutical manufacturing processes.
- GMP and FSSAI compliance requirements.
- Export logistics and documentation (preferred).
- Vendor and transporter management.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹18,009.68 - ₹52,510.04 per month
