Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models. The candidate will work closely with data engineers, business teams, and application teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
- Implement ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Work with structured and unstructured data
- Deploy models as APIs or services for application integration
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements
- Follow best practices for coding, documentation, and version control
Required Skills & Qualifications
AI / Machine Learning
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP basics)
- Experience with model training, evaluation, and tuning
Programming & Tools
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as:
- Scikit‑learn
- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Pandas, NumPy
- Strong SQL knowledge is a plus
- Cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker / Azure ML)
Data & Deployment
- Experience working with large datasets
- Exposure to model deployment (REST APIs, batch jobs)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) – preferred
- Understanding of MLOps concepts (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring)
Good to Have
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or GenAI use cases
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or vector databases
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow
- AI/ML or Cloud certifications
