Hiring: Performance Marketer
Location: Bhankrota, Jaipur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for admissions and recruitment.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Improve ROI and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Setup, and Conversion Tracking.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
