Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and field visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable composite solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
