Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain organizational data with a high level of accuracy across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections to maintain complete and error-free records.
- Prepare basic reports, compile data, and maintain proper filing systems to support day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update information while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data by handling records responsibly and following internal data management procedures.
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical documentation, ensuring all records are updated regularly and stored appropriately.
- Support administrative and operational activities by providing accurate data and documentation whenever required.
- Organize, maintain, and manage records, files, and documentation to ensure information is stored systematically and can be easily retrieved.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
