Job Summary
College Guru is hiring an Online Degree Admission Executive to promote and sell Amrita University Online Degree Programs.
The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, lead follow-up, course explanation, admission conversion, and achieving monthly sales targets.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Online Education Sales, Education Sales, Admission Counselling, or UG/PG Course Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals about Amrita University Online Degree Programs.
- Explain program details, eligibility, fees, duration, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into paid admissions/enrolments.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student objections and close admissions effectively.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the admission/operations team for documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain professional relationships with students throughout the admission process.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6 months – 5 years of experience in Education Sales, Online Degree Sales, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or Course Sales.
- Hands-on experience in selling educational courses/programs and converting leads into admissions.
- Experience in selling Online Degree / Online University Programs is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
