Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationship aspect for health insurance products for the company.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets for health insurance products
- Create and maintain relationships with customers and partner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of health insurance products and services offered by the company
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all sales activities are properly tracked and reported
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to health insurance

Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and other relevant degree
- Experience working in a similar role
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and products, understanding of regulatory requirements, and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
