We are looking for motivated Freelance HR Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team immediately. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home (WFH) role.This position is strictly performance-linked (commission-based) with no fixed base salary for the first 3 to 6 months. Candidates who demonstrate consistent closure performance during this probationary period will be fast-tracked for a transition into a full-time, salaried role on the permanent company payroll.Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for active open requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the hiring pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates through their official onboarding and joining dates.
Job Requirements
- Must have your own laptop, stable internet connection, and personal calling setup.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate Joining: Selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before gaining access to requirements and starting work. [1]
Compensation & Terms
- No Fixed Base Salary: This initial 3-to-6-month phase is 100% commission-dependent.
- Payout Rate: You will receive a commission equivalent to 1% of the finalized Cost to Company (CTC) for every candidate who successfully joins through your reference.
- Payout Disbursal: Payments are processed and sent via mail/bank transfer upon the successful closure and onboarding of the candidate.
- Payroll Opportunity: Exceptional performance during the 3-to-6-month freelance phase qualifies you for a regular corporate payroll position.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
