Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Assist customers with billing, packaging, and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a retail sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in Malayalam is essential. Knowledge of English, Hindi, or Tamil will be an added advantage.
