Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tour Sales Executive who has completed certification in Travel & Tourism. The candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with knowledge of tour packages, travel planning, customer handling, and travel operations. The role involves assisting clients with domestic and international travel requirements and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare and share customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and travel documentation.
- Provide information regarding visas, travel insurance, and destination details.
- Follow up with clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
Required Skills
- Certification in Travel & Tourism / Tourism Management / Ticketing / GDS / Travel Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of itinerary preparation and travel costing.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, email handling, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of visa processes and travel insurance will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
