- Study architectural, structural, and service drawings to extract material quantities.
- Conduct site visits (if needed) for actual measurements and verifications.
- Prepare rate analysis using CPWD norms, DSR, and market rates.
- Justify quoted rates during tenders and client negotiations.
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in filling government e-tenders, prepare comparative sheets.
- Evaluate item descriptions, technical specs, and tender terms.
- Prepare project budgets and update periodically based on scope changes.
- Track consumption vs estimates with coordination from site and billing teams.
- Liaise with site engineers for updates, wastage tracking, and variation claims.
- Support billing engineers in cross-checking measurements and bills.
- Submit cost sheets, cash flow projections, and material requirement plans.
- Ensure adherence to IS codes, CPWD manuals, and tender specifications.
- Maintain documentation for audits and quality assurance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
