Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable MBBS Counselor to guide students and parents through the medical admission process. The candidate will provide counseling on MBBS programs, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, college selection, and career opportunities in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
- Explain eligibility criteria, entrance examinations, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Assist students in selecting suitable medical colleges based on academic performance, budget, and career goals.
- Guide students through application, documentation, and admission processes.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, online meetings, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with admission teams, universities, and partner institutions.
- Stay updated on medical education regulations, admission policies, and counseling procedures.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
