Valiano Biosciences Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for its PCD Pharma Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s distribution network, appointing new franchise partners, and driving sales growth across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and appoint new PCD franchise partners/distributors across designated territories
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote company products effectively to generate business opportunities
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and closures with prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in PCD Pharma sales or pharmaceutical marketing preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of pharma products and distribution networks
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
