Field Service Engineer (Electronic & Analytical Instruments)
We are hiring Field Service Engineer to handle installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic instruments (XRF spectrometer, Gold Testing Machine, RoHS instruments) at customer sites. The role involves regular travel and direct customer support. Basic electronics knowledge, good communication, and willingness to learn and travel extensively are important. Immediate joiners preferred.
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: 0–10 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (in related domain)
- Freshers are also encouraged, if they have a strong interest and passion for this role
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic analytical instruments & equipments.
Handling on-site customer support and troubleshooting
Travel across locations for service activities
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of electronics and instruments
Problem-solving attitude and customer handling skills
Good communication skills (Hindi or any additional regional language will be added advantage)
