Hospinex Institute is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Admission Counsellor** to guide aspiring students in choosing the right career path in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.

Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
* Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
* Explain course features, fee structure, and admission procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
* Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Eligibility
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Excellent communication skills in **Malayalam and English**.
* Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
* Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM is an advantage).
* Experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
