We are seeking a polished and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee table service, coordinate with kitchen and sommelier staff, and ensure seamless guest flow throughout service. You will mentor waitstaff, handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace, and uphold our standards of hospitality. A minimum of 3 years in fine dining service is required, along with strong knowledge of food and service etiquette. Excellent communication skills and a calm, commanding presence are essential. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
