Job Summary
Annai Motors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure development activities across our Royal Enfield showroom, service centers, warehouses, and other facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution of projects, cost control, safety compliance, and timely completion of works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction and renovation projects.
- Manage showroom, workshop, warehouse, and office infrastructure development activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), budgets, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Inspect and maintain dealership buildings, customer lounges, parking areas, and service facilities.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and submit them to management.
- Support new branch setup, expansion projects, and facility improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or facility management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial buildings, automobile showrooms, workshops, or service centers.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and project costing.
- Vendor and contractor management experience.
- Understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
