Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Powder Coating Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day coating line operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise powder coating line for aluminium extrusions & sheets
· Monitor pre-treatment stages: degreasing, etching, chromating/Oxsilan
· Ensure DFT, gloss, adhesion, curing, etc... as per Qualicoat standards Plan daily production, manpower allocation & shift handover
· Control rejection, rework, and maintain quality records
· Coordinate with maintenance for booth, guns, oven & conveyor upkeep
· Implement 5S, safety, and process improvements on shop floor
· Handle bath analysis, powder consumption & cost control
Requirements:
· Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field1-3 years in aluminium powder coating line, preferably Qualicoat plant
· Knowledge of pretreatment chemistry, oven curves, colour change process
· Good team handling & production reporting skills
· Willing to work in shifts
