Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate SAP Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and the ability to teach real-time business processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, or HCM.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using real-time business scenarios.
- Guide students in projects and SAP certification preparation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Resolve student queries and provide academic support.
- Update course content based on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Faculty.
- Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
- SAP Certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
