Job Qualification:- Any Finance Graduate
CA / ICWA (Inter) / MBA finance / M.Com
Responsibilities -
1 Lead and supervise the AR team, ensuring productivity and accuracy in daily operations
2 Monitor customer accounts and ageing reports to ensure timely collections
3 Ensure accuracy cash application
4 Check reconciliation of customer payments and manage disputes
5 Improve AR processes, controls and automation to enhance efficiency
6 Support month end and year end closing activities
7 Review and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
8 Prepare and present AR reports, KPIs and ageing analysis to senior management.
Skills & Experience -
Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, billing
Good accounting knowledge
Knowledge of working in SAP/MS D365
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
Familiarity with dashboards, pivot tables and charts
Process automation awareness
Ability to maintain SLAs and KPIs
Presentation skills.
