Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience using Zoho Accounting Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST-related entries and assist in GST compliance.
- Maintain TDS records and support statutory compliance.
- Handle bookkeeping and maintain proper accounting documentation.
- Generate financial reports and MIS reports using Zoho Accounting Software.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for accounting-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Accounting Software (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Familiarity with accounting best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
