Role Purpose
The Sales & Customer Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, handling enquiries and quotations, coordinating customer orders with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role combines sales, customer service, and order execution functions to support the growth of LAWA Fasteners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in automotive, industrial, construction, and engineering sectors.
- Generate enquiries through calls, emails, customer visits, and market networking.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to increase business volumes.
- Support achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build strong relationships with purchasing, planning, and quality teams of customers.
- Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate resolution of delivery, quality, and commercial issues.
Order Management & Coordination
- Receive and process customer purchase orders and schedules.
- Prepare order confirmations and maintain order records.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate delivery status to customers.
- Follow up on pending schedules and forecast requirements.
Quotation & Commercial Support
- Prepare and submit quotations as per company guidelines.
- Maintain customer pricing records and commercial data.
- Follow up on quotation approvals and new development projects.
- Support preparation of customer presentations and reports.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update customer information and order status in ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track enquiry-to-order conversion ratios.
- Maintain records of quotations, customer communications, and order history.
Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure documentation is complete before dispatch.
- Track deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
