POSITION SUMMARY
As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue growth initiatives for the organization. The role involves leading end-to-end marketing functions including campaign execution, digital performance, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth: Develop and implement structured marketing strategies with clear objectives to drive business growth and market expansion.
2. Brand Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen brand strategy while ensuring consistency across all business verticals.
3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and analyze competitive landscape and consumer behavior.
4. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) with defined objectives and ROI tracking.
5. Digital Marketing & Performance: Oversee digital presence including social media, SEO, and paid campaigns while optimizing user experience and conversion rates.
6. Content Development: Oversee creation of engaging content (blogs, videos, creatives) and manage content calendar and distribution strategy.
7. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives through data insights.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources with input vs output analysis.
9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, management, vendors, and partners; present marketing insights and performance updates.
10. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Implement structured tracking mechanisms including weekly and monthly reports to monitor progress and campaign effectiveness.
11. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team by defining KRAs, setting targets, and monitoring performance and productivity.
12. Governance & Operations: Establish end-to-end governance frameworks including daily huddles, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with management reviews.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role with a track record of successful campaigns.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
